Chad is a co-founder and President of Peregrine Economics. He leads an international practice serving as a testifying and/or consulting expert in complex securities, labor, and valuation matters in the United States, Canada, and beyond. He has provided expert testimony in dozens of matters.

Chad has been invited to speak on issues related to economic analysis in securities cases before the City Bar Association of New York, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Chad holds a B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Knox College and a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. He is also a CFA charter-holder. 

Previously he was a Founding Member and President of Global Economics Group and a Director at Chicago Partners.
